1. DEFINITIONS

Partner" refers to the individual or organization collaborating with Home of Tours.

Tour" refers to the travel package or itinerary offered by Home of Tours.

Client" refers to the customer booking a tour.

Agreement" refers to these Partnership Terms and Conditions.

2. PARTNERSHIP OBJECTIVE

The partnership aims to promote and sell Home of Tours' travel packages to clients, providing a mutually beneficial business opportunity.

3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS

Promote Home of Tours' tours to potential clients.

Provide accurate information about tours.

Adhere to Home of Tours' branding guidelines.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. HOME OF TOURS OBLIGATIONS

Provide partner with marketing materials and support.

Offer competitive commission rates.

Ensure timely payment of commissions.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and commissions.

5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Partner earns 10% commission on each booking.

Partner is responsible for paying 2% payment processing fee on each transaction.

Partner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
6. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Partner must ensure clients understand and agree to these terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Home of Tours retains ownership of all intellectual property rights.

Partner must not use Home of Tours' intellectual property without permission.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Partner must maintain confidentiality of Home of Tours' business information.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement commences on [25th december 2030] and continues until terminated.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION*

1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

In the event of a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:

1.1. Negotiation
​
The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations between authorized representatives.
​
1.2. Mediation
​
If negotiations fail, the parties will submit the dispute to mediation by a neutral third-party mediator.
​
1.3. Arbitration
​
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Ugandan Arbitration Association (AAA)].
​
1.4. Court Proceedings
​
If arbitration is not feasible, either party may initiate court proceedings.
​
2. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law, of uganda].

This dispute resolution process constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding dispute resolution.
